General Comments
Due to this facilities continued failing scores and repeat major point violations if this facility does not receive a passing score of 75 or higher without having to make corrections to get a 75 the liscense will be revoked until a passing score with no major point violations can be obtained

The health department offers a free training class every month to go through an inspection. The next class is Jan 11th at 9am. I would strongly suggest that you send some employees and management so they can understand what an inspection is all about and why we write up certain violations A follow up will occur in 10 days to check on mop sink hand washing and hand washing sinks
